[the look of Christian Dior] use gel liner to paint a thick, bold wing extending towards the brow. paint on a thin wing starting from the lower lashline out towards the brow + make sure both flicks are parallel. pair the look with a bright lip, or (if you’re feeling brave) add a pop of neon to the eye to create a playful look.
